The Palmerah police, a sub-district of Jakarta, wanted to mark the occasion. And the least we can say is that it succeeded. The people said they had dizziness, headaches and not in their normal state when the smoke invaded their street. The security forces wore masks but apparently did not see fit to inform the vicinity of the operation.
